Now you can download “Ruby’s Studio” and play it on your computer or mobile device!

When you order a “Ruby’s Studio” Digital Version, we will send you an email to the address you provide.  Then you can just click the link and the show will download right to your computer. This file is in the .mp4 format and will play on any Mac or PC (using either iTunes or the free QuickTime player (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/)). It can also be transferred to your iPad, smartphone, or video-capable portable player.  Once your download is complete, if you don’t see it right away, check your downloads folder or temp folder.

**Note:  the file WILL NOT download directly to an iPad.  You can watch the link on your iPad (3 times) or you can also download the file onto your computer and then transfer it to your iPad when you sync it.

Helpful Hints for Downloading Troubles:

• First, are you using the most up-to-date version of your web browser? Outdated browsers often cause downloading difficulty.

• If your browser version is current, try Control-clicking or right-clicking on the download links in the confirmation emails. This will give you a popup menu that should have commands that look something like: “Save as…” or “Save to disk” or “Save to desktop”.

• Do you use iTunes to play media files? Once the file is downloaded, go to iTunes and from the “File” menu select “Add to Library…”, and in the resulting dialog box, navigate to the file and click “ok”.

And don't be surprised when you see a "shipping" section at checkout.  That section loads automatically - just click the "send to billing address" box and move onto the next step.  You won't be charged for shipping because your order is digital!
